Mission
The mission of the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis is
to serve as a centralized data source providing meaningful information
for effective decision making.
Institutional Research and Analysis includes those activities directed
at empirically describing and evaluating the educational, administrative,
and support functions of North Dakota State University. These activities
include data gathering, analyses, evaluation, summarization and reporting.
Examples of Areas of reporting include:
1) students (admission, performance, enrollment, degree completion),
2) organizational information (employees, courses, degree programs),
3) institutional resources and performance, and
4) financial
The Office is a reliable source for authoritative information about
the institution to serve both academic and administrative functions.
The Office prepares standard reports for internal and external users.
